Finding out about an unexpected pregnancy can be a confusing and frightening experience. You may not know who you can confide in or where you can go for help. Maybe you are faced with choices that have no easy answers. You need to know you have somewhere to turn, someone who cares.

What we offer

At CedarOak we listen, we understand and we can help. Here you’ll find someone you can talk to, that you can trust, someone who will provide the emotional support you may need during a difficult time. We can help you weigh up the options so you won’t be pressured or panicked into sudden decisions.

Here you’ll find someone you can talk to and trust. Don’t panic. Don’t be talked into a hasty decision. If you contact us you can talk confidentially and privately to one of our counsellors, either by phone or at the centre. The counsellor will help YOU work through to a considered decision on how to cope with the future. You will be offered helpful information and space to think, so that your decision will be informed and well considered.
